Lenore Horton
Founder & CEO
Dubbed “The Legal Strategist,” Lenore Horton is an acclaimed corporate litigator, former AMLAW 200 partner, international trademark lawyer, and trusted advisor. She has been ranked #3 nationally by Black Enterprise magazine as a Top 10 Black Female Attorney You Should Know, been recognized twice by Crain’s New York as a Top 100 Leading Lawyer, and was recognized by the Washington Business Journal for building one of the top 25 LGBTQ-owned businesses in Washington DC in under 3 years.
Lenore has been practicing law for 18 years. She holds a J.D. from Howard University School of Law, and an LL.M. in International Law and Justice, magna cum laude, from Fordham University School of Law. She’s taught at law schools in the U.S. and abroad on business and human rights issues and is admitted to the bars of New York, the District of Columbia, the U.S. Supreme Court, and regularly practices before state and federal courts.
Justin Lipski
Attorney
Justin, a native of Michigan, is a multifaceted attorney with a passion for both music and the law. After completing his undergraduate degree at Michigan State University, he continued to Loyola Law School to specialize in Entertainment Law. Over the course of his career, Justin has seamlessly transitioned from handling entertainment contracts to focusing on entertainment intellectual property (IP) and currently directs his expertise toward business IP matters. Thrilled to be part of a firm that wholeheartedly supports his professional growth and encourages continuous learning, Justin is dedicated to delivering exceptional legal services while staying attuned to the ever-evolving landscape of the industry.

With an educational background in Business from Fachhochschule Salzburg, he has successfully managed his own company and contributed to the growth of various law firms. Known for his exceptional organizational and effective communication skills, Andres thrives on challenges that push him beyond his limits. His motto, "Let's go for more," reflects his determination to embrace new opportunities and make life truly exciting. He is thrilled to be part of a multicultural firm that fosters open communication, allowing him to provide top-notch service to clients and celebrate his teammates as they conquer new milestones.
Idani Ndou,
Client Services & Billing Coordinator
Idani is a multilingual communicator with a passion for languages and a social nature. Having grown up in South Africa, she mastered seven languages, which she skillfully combines with her communication abilities. With degrees in Public Management and Governance, as well as Developmental Studies from the University of Johannesburg, she is adept at supporting clients throughout their journey - from onboarding to billing, and even post-representation matters. Idani's clear and concise communication style allows her to engage with clients of diverse personalities. She is excited to work for a firm that encourages both personal and professional development and looks forward to expanding her abilities.
